摘    要:为了满足学校工程实践与科技创新系列课程的要求,设计了一种智能循迹小车。硬件上,以单片机STC89C52RC为主控芯片,以带充电控制电路的充电电池为电源,由三极管等分立器件构成的H桥电路作为电机驱动电路,红外光电传感器TCRT5000作为检测元件;软件上,采用增量式PID控制算法控制电机转速和转向,使小车平稳、流畅地沿着黑线行进。为学生提供了较好的软硬件实践平台,利于巩固所学理论知识,培养电工电子专业技能。

Abstract:To meet the needs of the engineering practice and technological innovation curriculum, a smart tracking car is designed. The car takes STC89C52RC single-chip microcontrolIer as the main control chip, rechargeable battery with charge control circuit as the system power, circuit composed of transistor and other components as the motor driving circuit, TCRT5000 infrared photoelectric sensor as the detective device, incremental PID control algorithm as the core of software to control the motor rotating speed and direction, so that the car traces the black line smoothly. The car provides a good platform for the students to learn the hardware and software, which can consolidate the learnt lessons and train the electrical and electronic skills.
