大型风力发电机组无功补偿控制器的研究

摘    要:异步电机作发电机运行时,无功功率消耗大,功率因数低,输出功率小。本文通过以DSP芯片TMS320F240为核心的无功补偿控制器系统,实现了对所需无功分量进行精确计算,准确跟踪系统无功变化,对多级电容器组进行自动和循环投切,达到了对系统动态进行无功补偿的目的。控制器投入运行后,提高了功率因数和风机输出有效功率,降低了发电成本,创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:Asynchronous machine which operates in the state of power generation, has large consumption of reactive power, low power factor and small output of effective power. Through the reactive power compensation controller system taking the TMS320F240 DSP chip as a core. the paper achieves accurate calculation of reactive power component needed and the change of the system's reactive power is accurately followed. The controller system makes multi-level group of capacitors carry out the switching circularly and automatically and reaches the purpose of the system's dynamic reactive power compensation. After putting into operation, the controller improves power factor and output of effective power,reducing the costs of power generation, creating considerable benefit.
