无轴承异步电机定子磁场定向控制的研究

摘    要:在研究无轴承异步电机中实现电磁转矩与径向悬浮力之间的非线性解耦是电机稳定悬浮的关键所在,本文采用了基于d轴电流直接求解的无轴承异步电机定子磁场定向控制,克服了从常规定子磁场定向控制需加解耦器及其带来的输出延时的缺点。在悬浮力控制中引入单边磁拉力反馈控制,以减少系统延时及干扰对转子悬浮控制带来的误差。仿真结果表明电机动态、稳定性能优越。

Abstract:The nonlinear decoupling control between the electromagnet torque and radial levitation force is the key of the stable suspend operation of bearingless induction motor. A optimized algorithm for stator flux oriented control with direct solution of d-axis current is proposed. This method overcomes the prombles that the conventional stator flux oriented control which must work with decouple regulator,and is influenced by time-delay of decouple regulator.
