| 摘 要： | 做好调度人员的技术培训是保证电网安全的首要任务之一,阐述了华东电网调度员联合仿真反事故演习系统的设计要点,该系统将DTS和OTS两大原来独立运行的培训系统运用数据网络通信技术有机结合构成,并对实现的关键技术进行了详细说明,运行实践表明系统特别适合大区域多站反事故演习。

| Abstract: | The technical training for dispatch staff is principal to grid safety.The design of the joint anti-accident exercise simulation system for dispatch staff of East China Power Grid is illuminated,as well as realization technologies.The system integrates the original independent training systems,i.e.DTS and OTS,by using data network communication technology.Practice shows that the system is especially suitable for multi-station anti-accident exercise for large area. |
