| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前全球清洁发展机制(CDM)项目开发及当前CDM的国际政策与形势,结合我国CDM项目开发特点,重点分析了我国垃圾发电CDM项目开发的现状,并提出了当前我国垃圾发电CDM项目开发存在的问题.在此基础上,从不同角度对我国垃圾焚烧发电CDM项目开发的前景进行了分析,得出结论与建议.
