摘    要:分析了目前国内汽轮发电机组振动测量和保护存在的问题,介绍了转轴的振动力学和运行特征,以及汽轮发电机组各轴承振动特点及其相互影响的客观规律,探讨利用现有测量系统实现GB/T11348.1-1999标准推导的3种振动峰-峰值的可能性及其利弊,提出了将X和Y方向2个信号的均方根值用于振动保护的建议.

Abstract:Problems of vibration measurement and protection for turbo-generator units in China are analyzed,and vibration mechanics and operational characteristics of the shaft are presented,as well as vibration features of various bearings of the turbo-generator unit and the rules of their interaction.The feasibility of using existing measurement system to obtain three kinds of vibration peak-peak values introduced in GB/T11238.1-1999 standard is discussed,as well as the merits and demerits.It is proposed that the root-mean-square value of the two signals of X and Y directions be applied to vibration protection.
