输电线路风灾防御的现状与对策

摘    要:强风暴是对输电线路威胁最大的自然灾害之一.回顾了近年来世界各国的输电线路在强风灾害下的运行状况,特别是我国输电线路的主要风致灾害状况.重点介绍了台风、飑线风、龙卷风等强风暴下输电线路所受的影响以及输电塔倒塌等情况.近年的风灾数据昭示,开展我国输电线路强风灾害的研究和风险评估工作、改进输电塔的抗风设计,是提高输电线路风灾防御能力的关键.

Abstract:The severe storm is one of the most threatening natural disasters for transmission lines.The operation status of transmission lines under wind hazards throughout the world is reviewed,especially in China.The impact of catastrophic winds such as typhoon,downburst,and tornado on transmission lines is introduced,including collapse of transmission towers.Wind hazard events in recent years show that in order to enhance the wind resistance of transmission lines,it is urgent for China to carry out study and risk assessment of wind hazards for transmission lines and to improve the wind resistant design for transmission towers.
