摘    要:电能优化配置需要通过各级电力市场之间协调机制的作用而实现。中国电力系统以国家市场为中心,以省级市场为基础的多级电力市场协调格局已经形成。通过构建省间与省内两级电力市场的协调优化模型,得出省间、省内发电及电网之间的最优交易组合。该交易组合同时满足电网物理特性的约束,考虑了购售电双方适度的利润,有利于电网节能减排,且兼顾风险控制。

Abstract:Power energy optimal allocation can be fulfilled through the coordination among all levels of electricity market.The Multi-market coordination(CMM) pattern has been formed in China with the national market as the center and the provincial markets as the basis.This paper builds coordination optimization model of two-level electricity market,i.e.the intra-provincial market and the inter-provincial market,thereby,the optimal trading portfolio is derived for both the power plant and the power grid.Meanwhile,the portfolio can meet the constraints of the physical characteristics of power grid,and it takes the reasonable profits of both sides into account.It is conducive to the power grid energy conservation,as well as the risk control.
