摘    要:针对微网并网和计划孤岛运行方式下的经济调度问题,考虑分时电价差异及与主网能量交易,以最小化发电成本为目标,在由风电机组、光伏电池、燃气轮机和蓄电池组成的可再生能源的微网系统基础上建立了2种经济运行模型,同时通过对粒子群算法做出改进,提出了一种适用于多时段动态优化的多通道迭代粒子群优化算法并将其用于该文调度问题的求解,最后通过算例仿真证明改进算法的可行有效。

Abstract:Considering the time of use(TOU) power price differences and the energy trading with the main grid,and targeting at minimum power generation cost,two economic operation models are established based on the microgrid system composed of renewable energy resoures(wind turbines,photovoltaic cells,gas turbines and storage batteries) to solve the economic dispatching problem under the integrated microgrid and planned island operation mode.Meanwhile, based on the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO),a multipass iteration particle swarm optimization(MIPSO) algorithm is proposed,suitable for multi-period and dynamic optimization,to solve the dispatching problem. Finally,a calculation simulation proves that the improved algorithm is feasible and effective.
