| 摘 要： | 分析指出了传统输电网规划与市场环境下输电网规划的不同以及市场环境下输电网规划面临的诸多问题.介绍了国内外已有的输电网规划的数学模型,给出了市场环境下的输电网规划模型和发展方向,提出了建立规划方案评价体系的重要性、建议和设想.

| Abstract: | The difference between the traditional transmission planning and the transmission planning in market envi- ronment is analyzed,as well as problems facing the latter one.The mathematic models of transmission planning both abroad and at home are presented,and the transmission planning models in market environment and their develop- ment direction are given.The importance of establishing the assessment system for planning schemes and correspond- ing suggestions are proposed. |
