| Abstract: | The fundamental theory as well as practice of Life Cycle Cost(LCC) is presented,and the status quo of cost management of grid companies is analyzed.The method and procedure of maintenance cost calculations based on LCC for grid companies are illuminated,and suggestions on key points of implementation are proposed. |
