摘    要:研究了低碳智慧岛分布式能源体系及供能模式,在此基础上构建了基于混合整数线性规划(Mixed Integer Linear Programming,MILP)和人工神经网络(Artificial Neural Network,ANN)相结合的分布式电源发电管理模型,由此安排各分布式电源的出力,并通过算例对比分析了基于MILP-ANN模型和基于MILP模型的计算结果,验证了所提出模型的合理性和先进性。

Abstract:This paper did the research on distributed generation system and power supply modes of low-carbon-smart island,and a distributed generation management model based on the combination of Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP) and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) was developed to schedule the generation of distributed powers.The calculation results were compared between MILP-ANN-based model and MILP-based model.The comparison proves the proposed model is reasonable and advanced.
