| Abstract: | The effect of Cl - and SO 4 -2 on the behavior of electrolytic corrosion of 304 and 316L stainless steel is studied by means of polarized curve method and the test result showed that Cl - is corrosive ion while SO 4 -2 is corrosion inhibiting ion. During material choice of stainless steel tube for condenser, the influence of Cl - ion and SO 4 -2 ion in the cooling water on stainless steel tube should be comprehensively considered. |
