电力变压器全寿命周期成本模型及灵敏度分析

摘    要:以全寿命周期成本理论为基础,建立了考虑资金时间价值的电力变压器全寿命周期成本计算模型,给出了灵敏度分析方法。结合实际算例,对全寿命周期成本的各阶段成本进行了比例分析,并就成本因素开展了灵敏度分析,找出了影响变压器全寿命周期成本的关键成本因素。提出减少变压器全寿命周期成本的主要途径:在设备选型、运行及改造的过程中,保持变压器低能耗成本;同时以状态检修代替定期检修来优化变压器的检修方式。

Abstract:Based on the theory of life cycle cost(LCC),the life cycle cost model of power transformer is established considering the time value of money,and the method of sensitivity analysis is proposed.A practical example is illustrated to analyze the proportion of cost in different stages in transformer life cycle;the sensitivity analysis is conducted to find the key cost factors for the transformer.The main approach to reduce the transformer LCC is put forward: keep low energy cost during the transformer equipment selection,operation and modification;replace the periodic maintenance with the condition-based maintenance to optimize the maintenance mode.
