摘    要:为有效提高检修和改扩建过程的可靠性与安全性,构建了面向变电站安全隔离的一体化的通信模拟与分析平台。依据ADPSS所需要仿真的一次系统的规模和配置信息,确定以IEC61850 SCL来描述一次元件及其配置信息的方法,实现了一次仿真建模配置和一二次系统的模型关联。把针对一次动态闭环仿真的ADPSS测试技术纳入基于站内IEC61850模型配置SCD文件的二次系统调试分析架构。在所构建的一体化的通信模拟与分析平台基础上,提出了典型的二次系统运行状态切换方案。通过模拟变电站带电运行状态,反复试验二次设备的检修、修改、更换等实际操作,提高检修和改扩建过程的可靠性与安全性。

Construction of integrated communication analysis platform for substation safety isolation

Abstract:In order to effectively improve the reliability and safety of the overhaul, reconstruction and expansion process, this paper mainly builds an integrated communication simulation and analysis platform for substation safety isolation. According to the scale and configuration information of the primary system that ADPSS needs to simulate, this paper determines the method of describing the primary components and their configuration information with IEC61850 SCL. It also realizes a one-time simulation modeling configuration and the model correlation of the primary and secondary systems. The ADPSS test technology of dynamic closed-loop simulation is incorporated into the secondary system debugging and analysis framework based on the IEC61850 model configuration SCD file in the station. Based on the integrated communication simulation and analysis platform constructed, this paper presents a typical secondary system operating state switching scheme. By simulating the live operating state of the substation, it repeatedly tests the actual maintenance, modification, and replacement of secondary equipment to improve the reliability and safety of the overhaul and reconstruction process.
