摘    要:在实现光伏电站低电压穿越(Low Voltage Ride Through,LVRT)的基础上,分析了光伏电站接入配电网LVRT对前加速自动重合闸的影响。根据故障发生的位置不同,基于时域分析对LVRT和前加速自动重合闸的延时进行整定,提出了光伏电站LVRT与前加速自动重合闸的配合方案。该方法能够解决前加速重合闸重合时间与LVRT时限不匹配,导致并网点电压二次跌落和瞬时性故障发展成为永久性故障的问题。通过在电磁暂态仿真软件(Power Systems Computer Aided Design,PSCAD)中建立仿真模型,在10 kV配电网中验证了所提方法的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:On the basis of realizing the function of LVRT in photovoltaic power station, effect of LVRT pre-accelerating automatic reclosing is analyzed when PV plants access to the distribution network. According to the different fault location, the LVRT and pre-accelerating automatic reclosing delay setting based on time-domain analysis, the cooperation scheme of LVRT and the pre-accelerating automatic reclosing is proposed. This method can solve the problem that the voltage drop of second times and the transient fault will develop into a permanent fault due to the coincidence of the pre-accelerating automatic reclosing and the LVRT time does not match. A simulation model is established in PSCAD, the validity and correctness of the proposed method are verified by the 10 kV distribution network.
