摘    要:针对三相二极管箝位型三电平PWM整流器的拓扑结构,建立了基于d-q同步旋转坐标系统的解耦状态空间方程.采用双闭环控制策略,电压环跟踪负载有功功率,电流环实现指令电流跟踪控制.给出了电压环和电流环PI参数设计方法,采用电压空间矢量调制方式(SVPWM)进行了基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真分析.结果表明,该三电平PWM整流器能实现良好的动态性能和稳态性能,并且使得电网侧电流波形为正弦、功率因数为1.

Abstract:The neutral-point-clamped three-level PWM rectifier topology is studied in this paper, and the decoupled state-space equations in synchronous rotating reference frame (d-q frame) are derived. The hierarchical controller structure is adopted, namely, the inner current-loop is responsible for reference current tracking and the outer voltage-loop is responsible for load regulation. The design methodologies for proportional-integral (PI) controllers are presented, for the inner current-loop and outer voltage-loop, respectively. The proposed three-level PWM rectifier based on space vector pulse-width-modulation (SVPWM) strategy is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed three-level PWM rectifier provides excellent performance both in steady-state and dynamic load variations. Besides, pure sinusoidal waveforms can be achieved in grid currents with a unity power factor.
