备用电源自动投入和系统自动恢复装置的研究和实现

摘    要:介绍了采用高性能16位单片机实现的新型备用电源自动投入和系统自动恢复方案,该方案软件自动跟踪和判断系统的运行方式,具有自适应功能。不仅可实现常规备用电源自动投入的功能,还可实现系统的自动恢复。两种通讯口(RS232和RS485)既可与PC机连接又可方便联网实现遥测、遥信、遥控等三遥功能,另外有压无压采用新型带电显示装置接点判断。为变电站向小型化、无油化和实现综合自动化及真正实现无人值班创造了条件。

Abstract:The new spare power source automatic switch-in and system automatic recovery scheme which is realized by using 16-bit single-chip processor is introduced.The scheme's software can automatically trace and identify the service mode of system,because it has adaptive function.It can not only realize conventional spare power source automatic switch-in,but also realize system automatic recovery.Two communication ports(RS232 and RS 485) can connect either to PC computer or to network to realize telemetering,telecommucation and telecontrol.The scheme uses new alive indicator contact to check voltage or non-voltage.These provide conditions for integrated automation and unattended operation of substation.
