模糊多目标决策理论在电能质量综合评价中的应用

摘    要:运用模糊多目标决策理论对电能质量评价方法进行了阐述,从电能质量指标入手,根据电能质量各指标的特点,确定了相应指标的目标类型,给出了各自的数学模型,并将各目标的指标值联立构成相对优属度矩阵,通过评判方法,得出目标电能质量的优劣排序。该方法可为电力市场环境下的电能质量的分析提供基础。

Abstract:This paper expatiates an assessment method of power quality by use of fuzzy multi-objective decision making theory.According to the characteristics of power quality indexes,the corresponding objective types are established and its mathematical models are set up.The relative superior attribute degree matrix can be gotten by uniting all the objective indexes.Then the power quality ordering of superiority and inferiority can be worked out corresponding estimate method.This method is a reference to the power quality analysis in the environment of electricity market.
