| 摘 要： | 继电保护是电力系统的重要组成部分,而继电保护定值管理工作的有效性、及时性是电网安全、稳定运行的有力保障。在分析了继电保护定值管理工作特点的基础上,利用工作流技术,构建了基于浏览器/Web服务器/数据库服务器三层定值管理系统模型。通过网页编程技术和数据库技术对系统进行了设计实现,从而使该系统在满足继电保护定值管理日常工作要求的同时,实现了定值单的自动流转。
