摘    要:针对交流牵引电机定子绕组间存在不规则气隙,而采用常规等效建模法所建模型准确性不高的问题,提出一种绕组气隙优化建模方法。确定了电机定子绕组等效模型的基本结构,提出了等效模型中绕组气隙最佳宽度确定方法,即根据所确定的等效气隙模型并采用有限元法对电机进行温度场分析以得到绕组模型表面某点对应的温度值。通过获取不同气隙宽度下模型表面某点对应的温度数据并采用数值拟合方法得到两者间的函数关系,根据所得函数关系并实测上述模型表面某点对应的实际温度,即可得到绕组等效气隙模型相应的最佳气隙宽度。该方法有效提高了交流牵引电机定子绕组建模的准确性,由此显著提升了其温度场分析结果的准确性,具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:A winding air gap optimization modeling method is proposed to address the problem of irregular air gaps between the stator windings of an AC traction motor and the inaccuracy of the model built by conventional equivalent modeling methods. In this paper, the basic structure of the stator winding equivalent model is determined, and the optimal width of the winding air gap in the equivalent model is proposed, i.e., according to the equivalent air gap model and using the finite element method to analyze the temperature field of the motor to obtain the temperature value corresponding to a certain point on the winding model surface. The best air gap width corresponding to the equivalent air gap model can be obtained according to the functional relationship obtained and the actual temperature corresponding to a point on the surface of the model. This method effectively improves the accuracy of the stator winding modeling of an AC traction motor, thus significantly improving the accuracy of its temperature field analysis, and has good application value.
