电动汽车充换电站换电操作管理单元的设计与实现

摘    要:充换电站的车辆换电流程虽进入自动化和智能化,在规范化操作及换电记录丢失和数据不准确等问题上仍需要进一步改善。以此为背景,给出一种用于监控系统和换电机器人之间的换电操作管理单元的设计与实现。设计出换电操作管理单元具有独立的CPU,采用以太网与监控系统和换电机器人通信,能够独立完成整个换电操作,对换电参数和换电记录等数据具有手动设置和修正的功能。此外,该设计使原来的换电系统变为2个独立的通信通道,提高了整个换电系统的稳定性。换电站的试验结果表明,该换电操作管理单元可以简化规范换电操作流程,确保换电安全、换电记录数据存储可靠不丢失、提高电动汽车充换电站运营管理的效率。

Abstract:Although battery-swapping operation at the charging and swapping station for vehicles is entering the automation and intelligence process, many other issues are yet to be paid attention, such as operation standardization, battery-swapping record data missing and the battery-swapping record data inaccuracy. Based on the above background, this paper designs and implements a battery-swapping operation control unit between monitoring system and charging machine. The battery-swapping operation control unit is equipped with an independent CPU, and can communicate with monitoring system and battery-swapping robot through the internet, which can finish the whole process of battery-swapping on its own and also has the functions of manual setting and adjusting the battery-swapping parameters and records. Meanwhile, this design furnishes two independent communication channels for the charging system, thus the stability of battery-swapping is enhanced. Experiment in the battery-swapping station shows that, this unit can simplify the operation standardization and enhance the safety of battery-swapping, and it can also ensure the safety of the battery-swapping records, thus can improve the operation efficiency of the battery-swapping station.
