摘    要:为解决交直流混联电网供电问题,提出了计及VSC(Voltage Source Converter)的交直流混联电网扩展规划模型与方法。首先分析了VSC元件稳态模型与典型控制策略,在此基础上研究了计及VSC的交直流潮流计算方法。然后,以发电运维成本最小化为目标,提出了一种交直流混联电网扩展规划优化模型。通过算例验证了模型方法的可行性与有效性,并展示了计算全过程。此外,算例结果也表明差异化VSC元件控制策略会影响潮流分布水平,进而影响最终扩展规划结果。

Abstract:In order to solve the power supply problem of AC/DC hybrid system, an expansion planning model of AC/DC hybrid power grid with Voltage Source Converter (VSC) is proposed. Firstly, the steady-state model and typical control strategies of VSC components are analyzed. On this basis, the AC and DC power flow calculation method with VSC is studied. Then, aiming at minimizing the cost of generation operation and maintenance, an optimization model for expansion planning of AC/DC hybrid power system is proposed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model method are verified by the examples, and the whole process of calculation is shown. In addition, the results also show that different VSC component control strategies will affect the power flow, and then affect the final expansion planning results.
