| 摘 要： | 首先,从分析目前电力监控系统无法支持变电站远程运维及"运维一体化"模式运维的现状出发,提出了构建区域运维中心的必要性。接着,提出了区域站域两层体系结构的变电站远程运维架构方案,在此架构下,基于运维业务需求,给出了站端、区域端、运维班终端3级应用功能部署方案。之后,基于面向服务的区域站域交互框架,详细设计了站域服务接口方案。最后,利用区域站域分布式业务处理实现了设备状态远程监视、远程巡视、远程故障处理和远程智能诊断等远程运维业务。应用实践表明,变电站智能设备远程运维平台的应用提高了设备及系统缺陷预警、故障定位的自动化程度,减少了设备现场巡检次数,降低了运维成本。
