摘    要:针对国内GIS设备智能化水平较低的现状,提出了一种基于就地控制器的变电站GIS技术。首先分析了变电站GIS设备的现状,并梳理了前期的智能化探索。其次,从电机驱动断路器双闭环操作控制、电子式互感器采样与FIR滤波器噪声抑制、基于复向量频率相位算法的跳合闸相位精准控制、在线监测传感器接入、间隔测控计算和源数据快速扰动分析、智能化视频辅控等方面阐述了该技术的功能原理。最后,面向工程应用,研究了本技术的安装与运行方案,包括物理融合安装方案、设备配置方案等。该技术可提升GIS的智能化水平,降低设备配置和运维复杂度。

Abstract:In view of the low intelligence level of GIS equipment in internal substations, the technology of intelligent GIS based on the integrated on-site control unit is proposed. Firstly, the status of GIS equipment is analyzed, while the preliminary researches on intellectualization are combed. Then, the functional principles of this technology are researched, including motor drive control of circuit breaker, electronic transformer (ECT/EVT) sampling, tripping/closing phase control, real-time monitoring sensors implementation, bay measurement control, disturbance analysis and video auxiliary control. Finally, the installation and operation scheme of this technology are researched, including physical fusion installation scheme and equipment configuration scheme. The proposed technology could improve the intelligence level of GIS equipment, decreasing the complexity of equipment configuration and maintenance.
