摘    要:针对目前我国农村电网的实际情况,提出了一种实现农网终端变电站(塔)SCADA系统的方案,详细描述了RTU和主站服务器利用MODEM通过电话网通信的具体方法和在Windwos环境下的编程实现。最后对主站服务器和客户端利用ASP技术进行网络通信作了简要阐述。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a project of realizing the SCADA system of terminal transformer substation(tower) in rural power network to the practical situation in our country. It details the concrete ways of communications that RTU and the primary station Server are connected by PSTN with MODEM, and its programming realization is under the Windows. Finally, a brief introduction about the Internet communication between the primary station and client with ASP technology is presented.
