摘    要:提出一种配合暂态保护的模糊故障选相方案,该方案是分析暂态电流在线路上的传输耦合特征的基础上提出的。其对小波提取的一定频段暂态电流差值建立相似性测度分析,并使用模糊集合对相关性测度的隶属性综合评判来进行选相。基于该原理的选相装置动作迅速,以配合暂态保护使用,并且不受过渡电阻、故障初始角、振荡中发生故障的影响,均能进行正确选相。EMTP对典型线路故障的仿真说明了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:A new scheme for fuzzy fault-phase selection in EHV power system cooperated to transient protection is presented. This scheme is based on the characteristics of the coupling transient circuit. Correlation algorithm, that is a kind of fuzzy measurement analysis is applied to the results which extracted from the high-frequency signals by wavelet transform. By analyzing the characteristics of faults, a series of new principles are preferred based on fuzzy set. The scheme acts vary fast in EHV power system without influence of transient resistance, fault inceptive angle and power swing. All the conclusions are verified by the EMTP simulation.
