摘    要:针对电网运行中线路过负荷可能引发的连锁过载跳闸问题,提出一种基于灵敏度分析和潮流熵的紧急控制模型。基于模糊多属性决策法综合灵敏度、潮流熵和节点自身功率水平提出节点功率调整指标,能够将决策专家的定性分析与定量分析相结合。根据节点功率调整指标以及节点类型形成功率调整节点集和功率平衡节点集,并提出了兼顾电网的局部过负荷问题和全局运行水平的线路过负荷紧急控制优化模型,通过多轮次系统功率调整可高效完成线路过负荷紧急控制。对IEEE39节点系统标准算例和河北南网系统的仿真结果证明了模型的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:To solve the problem of line overload which may cause cascading trip-outs of transmission lines when the power system is servicing, an emergency control model is established based on sensitivity analysis and power flow entropy. Indicator of power adjustment is proposed using fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method which can combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis of decision-making expert on basis of overall consideration of sensitivity, power flow entropy and the bus power level. Bus set of power adjustment and power balance can be formed with indicator of the bus power adjustment and the bus type, and an optimization model for line overload emergency control is proposed, which takes into account the local grid overload problems and the global operation level of power system. The model can efficiently adjust line overload emergency control by multiple rounds. The validity and efficiency of this method have also been verified by simulation results of IEEE 39-bus standard system and Hebei South network system.
