摘    要:变电站的数字化配置是一个复杂过程,其频繁修改的配置文件存在管理效率低、监管难、过分依赖人员素质、风险高等风险。在深入分析区块链技术对于解决变电站配置问题的适应性的基础上,设计了基于区块链的变电站配置文件版本管理框架。对其中数据层区块结构、网络层组织、共识层机制、智能合约层实现、业务流程、存储空间回收、统计和监视等关键技术应用进行了详细设计。最后对所设计方案进行了性能和安全性分析。基于区块链的变电站数字化配置版本管理,提供了一个分布式系统方案,实现了基于智能合约的自动化更新,实现了不可篡改和可追溯的客观化监管。其效率和安全性有一定技术保障,为智能变电站的工程应用提供了一种新的解决思路。

Abstract:Digital configuration of substation is a complex process. Frequently modifying configuration file leads to inefficiency, difficulty in supervision, over-reliance on personnel quality and high risk in practical application. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the adaptability of blockchain technology to solve substation configuration problems, a substation configuration version management framework based on blockchain is designed, and the key parts, such as block structure of data layer, organization of network layer, mechanism of consensus layer, implementation of smart contract layer, operation flow, reclaiming disk space, statistics and supervision, are designed in detail. Finally, the performance and safety of the design scheme are analyzed. The digital configuration version management of substation based on blockchain provides a distributed system scheme, and realizes automatic renewal based on smart contract and supervision with the characteristics of non-tampering and traceability. Its efficiency and security are guaranteed. It supplies a new solution for the engineering application of smart substation.
