摘    要:提出了一种考虑电源和负荷时序特性的主动配电网网源协调双层规划模型。模型上层为规划层,以综合费用最小为目标,对线路的改造、分布式电源和补偿电容的选型、选址和定容进行决策。模型下层为运行层,以年运行费用、快速电压稳定性、用户用电习惯满意度等为目标。考虑分布式电源和负荷的波动性和不确定性,建立二者的时序模型。综合考虑分布式电源出力、需求响应和补偿电容投切,实现主动配电网的经济调度。采用改进的IEEE33节点配电系统对该方法进行仿真。仿真结果表明,所提出的网源协调规划方法能有效降低主动配电网的投资成本和运行成本,同时能有效提高电网运行效率和分布式电源渗透率。

Abstract:A bi-level network-generation coordination planning model of an active distribution network considering the time sequence characteristic of distribution generation and load is put forward. The upper level of the model is a planning level, which aims at finding the minimum comprehensive cost in deciding the upgrade of lines, type selection, locating and sizing of DG and compensation capacitance. The lower level of the model is an operation level which takes annual operation cost, fast voltage stability, and satisfaction of electricity usage habit as the objectives. Given the volatility and uncertainty of DG and load, their time sequence model is established. It comprehensively considers distribution generation, demand response and compensation capacitance switching to realize the economic dispatch of the active distribution network. Simulation tests of the proposed method are carried out based on an improved IEEE 33-bus distribution system. The simulation results show that the proposed network-generation coordination planning method can reduce the investment and operational cost of an active distribution network while at the same time increasing effectively the efficiency and permeability of distribution generation.
