石门电厂电缆温度监测系统设计

摘    要:石门电厂循环水泵站采用6 kV地埋电缆供电,由于途经水田菜地,运行环境极其恶劣并已发生多次电缆故障。通过监测电缆运行温度可以较好的监视电缆运行状态,在其劣化前及时安排检修。本文根据现有各类温度检测方法的特点,结合我厂电缆运行特殊环境,设计了一个基于光纤的电缆温度监测系统。由于该系统只需将光纤贴附在电缆上而无需供电及其它辅助设施,能够安全可靠而有效地实现对地埋电缆的温度监测。

Abstract:Shimen Power Plant adopt 6KV underground cable to power its cycle water pump.Series of failures have occurred to the underground cable for its awful operation condition.Temperature monitoring of cable is an effective approach to detect condition deterioration and arrange repairing in time.Based on comparison of exist temperature monitoring techniques,the paper proposed an optic fiber based temperature monitoring system.Since few field accessories is involved,the system is reliable and fit for the field operation.
