| 摘 要： | 通过计算分析贵州主网及地区电网解列后产生高频和低频低压问题,提出了地区电网孤网运行的安全稳定多级控制措施:连锁切机、高频切机、低频低压减载、OPC与其他措施的协调配合等,并给出了电网连锁切机、高频切机、低频低压减载等配置方案,对确保贵州电网及地区电网解列后孤网安全控制和稳定运行起到关键性作用.
