| 摘 要： | 该文以浙江省电力系统的EMS为主要导出模型,先是介绍了这个能量管理系统的特点,然后阐述了C IM导出的解决方案,最后就“如何生成基于拆分的模型”、“如何将测量量关联到相应的电力系统资源”等关键技术作了深入的说明。通过C imValidator的验证,按照文中的方法导出的XML文件完全符合IEC-61970的标准。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the EMS of Zhejiang Electric Power Company,the paper firstly introduces the characters of this EMS,then offers the export solution based on CIM in EMS.At last,the paper discusses some crucial techniques such as how to construct the CIM model based on the splitting techniques and how to add the irregular data records in the SCADA database into the CIM model.Through CimValidator's validating,the exported XML file is in conformity with IEC-61970 completely. |
