摘    要:详细介绍一种采用CAN总线技术的高炉冷却壁水温差及热流强度在线监测技术, 描述该系统的工作原理、组成及结构。该系统安装简便,可靠性高。采用该监测系统可实时监测高炉冷却系统的水温差、流量及热负荷,为高炉安全生产提供有力保障。

Abstract:The novel on-line supervision technique of water temperature difference and thermal current intensity of blast furnace cooling stave based on CAN Bus is introduced. The principle, structure and composition of system are described. The system can monitor water temperature difference , flux and heat load of the BF. The operation result has shown that the system establish basis to blast furnace silent running.
