超声电源换能振动系统的阻抗匹配研究

摘    要:根据换能振动系统阻抗匹配的特点,通过改变磁心间的气隙来调谐匹配电感,从理论上给出磁心间气隙大小与电感量的变化关系,分析了匹配电感瞬间产生高温的原因及预防高温的措施和磁心材料的选取方法。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of impedance match of transducer system, the varying relations of the magnet gap dependent on induction quantity is given theoretically by tuning the matching induction through changing magnet gap.The cause of high temperature produced by the induction instantaneously is analyzed, the measure preventing high temperature and methods selecting magnetic material are put forward.
