基于MOSFET管的电压型逆变器电流质量的改进研究

摘    要:针对基于MOSFET管的电压型逆变电路 ,从MOSFET管的特性和逆变电路两方面深入详细地探讨了它们对电压型逆变器电流质量的影响 ;同时深入分析了在带负载情况下 ,MOS FET管和逆变电路的耦合作用对电路的综合影响。并就此提出改进方案 ,仿真结果和实验结果表明 ,改进效果非常明显。

Abstract:The effects on the voltage-type inverter current's quality from MOSFET's characteristics and inverter circuit based on MOSFET voltage-type inverter are detailed discussed.The coupling effects between MOSFET and inverter circuit's comprehensive effects on circuit with loading are deeply analyzed.Improvement methods according to the results are put forward.The results of simulating and experiments are given in this paper proved that the improvement is apparently well.
