基于单片机的双步进电机协调运动控制器设计

摘    要:二维运动系统在现实中应用广泛,文章介绍了一种二维运动系统的原理及实现,其中重点在于步进电机的驱动电路硬件与控制软件的设计,以及上下位机串口通信的实现.本设计的控制环节由AT89S52单片机和环形分配器PMM8713构成,单片机采用RS485标准的串口通信与上位机进行通信,利用PM M8713产生步进电机运行和正反转的控制信号.驱动环节采用UC3842实现恒流驱动,给出特定的脉冲驱动信号,驱动功率管进行开通和关断,使步进电机按照规定的轨迹和速度运行.

Abstract:Two-dimensional locomotion system has been widely used.In this paper,the attention is put on the introduction of the principle and the implementation of a two-dimensional loco- motion system.The hardware,the corresponding software of the stepper motor,and the serial communication of senior com- puter and junior micro-controller are introduced.The control part of the system consists of AT89S52 micro-controller and two PMM8713 chips,the micro-controller communicates with computer based on RS485 standard,and PMM8713 produces control signals to make the corresponding stepper motor run cor- rectly.In the drive part,to get constant current,we choose UC3842 to give out impulse driving signal,which can switch on and off the driving power tube,and make the stepper motors run according the required track and speed.
