基于故障投诉电话信息的配电网故障定位矩阵粗糙算法

摘    要:分析目前配电网故障定位存在的问题,根据配电网拓扑结构的特点以及故障定位的矩阵算法,提出利用故障投诉电话信息实现配电网故障定位的新方法以及切实可行的判据。该方法既不需要进行繁琐的计算,大大缩短了故障定位和隔离时间,又保证了客观性,而且在故障投诉电话信息不完备以及配电自动化系统通信失效的情况下,仍能达到快速、准确定位的目的。模拟计算了单电源多出线树状结构的故障定位,结果表明了该算法是可行、有效的。

Abstract:The problems existing in current fault location for distribution network are analyzed. According to the structure of a certain distribution network and matrix algorithm, a new method for fault location in distribution network is presented by using the fault complain calls, and a feasible criterion is put forward by which the fault occurred in distribution network can be located. In this method the trivial calculation is not necessary. So not only the time for fault location and isolation can be greatly shortened, but also the objectivity of the rules can be ensured.While the information of complain calls is imperfect and the communication of distribution automation system is lost, because of the good fault tolerant performance of the proposed method, the fault location can still be finished quickly and accurately. The simulation and calculation of the fault occurred in a distribution network consisting of single source and multi-outgoing lines is carried out. The result shows that the method is simple and effective.
