摘    要:随着电力电子技术的飞速发展,开关电源技术得到了不断的提高,现代的微处理器和一些超高速的超大规模集成电路芯片,要求运行在低压、大电流状态,传统的变换器已经不能再满足这些要求。因此,该文提出了一种“半桥+buck电路”的双环控制变换器,该变换器动态响应速度快,稳定性高;尤其适合于高功率密度、高可靠性的低压大电流输出的小功率模块。

Abstract:As the rapid development of power electronics techniques,the switched power supply techniques have been advanced.Modem microprocessor and some high speed VLSI chips must be run at low-voltage/high-current situations, the tradition converters can no more meet these.A double voltage-loop controller for two-stage converter composed of half-bridge and buck converters is proposed.Most importantly,it can achieve fast dynamic response and high stability;it is suitable for high power density,high reliability and low power with low voltage and high current output modules.
