悬浮系统中永磁体性能分析及结构设计

摘    要:对不同永磁体材料进行了对比分析,进一步研究电磁一永磁悬浮系统中永磁铁的磁场及电磁力特性,并在Maxweu3D软件环境下设计多种应用于不同电磁一永磁悬浮系统的永磁体结构,重点分析了26面体永磁结构在电磁悬浮系统中的磁场特性和受力特性。结果表明,所设计的永磁体具有良好的空间对称性和稳定性,能够实现一些特殊的用途。

Abstract:Based on the study of the effect of the characteristics of the magnet on the suspension system, a permanent magnet applied for different electromagnetic - permanent magnetic suspension systems, is designed. Then the magnetic properties and mechanical characteristics of the 26-surface- polyhedron structure in electromagnetic suspension system are emphatically analyzed. The analysis shows that in some special cases the good stability and spatial symmetry of the permanent magnet can be applied to the design.
