铅酸蓄电池常见故障分析与预防措施

摘    要:铅酸蓄电池是一种高效、环保的能源,在铅酸蓄电池的使用维护过程中难免发生各种各样的故障。本文针对铅酸蓄电池在使用中经常出现的极板硫化、活性物质脱落、单格短路、自放电等几种故障发生的原因进行了分析,并分别提出了具体的预防方法和解决措施。

Abstract:The lead-acid battery is a kind of energy resource that is high-efficiency and environmentally tnendly. Many malfunctions will occur during the use and maintenance. This paper analyzes the reasons of these problems such as pole-board sulfuration, single-cell short circuit, lively-substance shedding and self discharge. And the concrete preventive and settlement measures are presented respectively.
