摘    要:设计了一款输出频率从10~100 Hz可变的电解电源,提供了完整的设计实现方案。输出电流100 A,采用函数发生器芯片ICL8038和脉宽调制芯片SG3525控制,可输出正弦波、三角波、方波以及梯形波等多种波形,用于电解电容中铝箔制造工艺的优化选择。

Abstract:The design of electrolytic power supply is presented, which is used in a new type chemical surface disposal about aluminum foil manufacture. The inverter control system is realized on the ICL8038 wavefonm generator and the SG3525 regulating pulse width modulator, producing high accuracy wave such as sine,square ,triangular and so on, the output frequency can be adjusted continuously from 10 Hz to 100 Hz by external potentiometer. The experimental results show this power supply has perfect performance.
