摘    要:在变压器油溶解气体检测中,气体检测光声传感器应用效果较好。利用基于有限元的多重物理量耦合软件COMSOLMultiphysic 3.2,模拟了变压器油中溶解特征气体光声传感器光声池内光声信号的分布,分析了腔体的谐振特性以及光声信号随气体浓度的变化规律,实验研究了乙烯气体光声光谱检测特性。理论和实验结果为微量气体探测光声传感器的设计,特别是光声池的几何优化设计提供理论和数据支持。

Abstract:Photoacoustic gas sensors are well applied in transformer oil-dissolved gas detection.In this paper,the distribution of Photoacoustic(PA) signal in PA cell of photoacoustic sensors during transformer oil-dissolved gas detection is simulated based on the software COMSOL Multiphysic 3.2,which couples multiple physical parameters,and the cavity resonant characteristics and variation of PA signal with gas concentration are theoretically analyzed.And experimental investigation to the detection feature of ethylen...
