基于SPWM的变压器励磁涌流抑制技术研究

摘    要:为了避免变压器投运到电力系统的过程中,断路器合闸时产生的励磁涌流对电网设备及电力系统电能质量造成不良影响,文中提出了一种基于SPWM的变压器励磁涌流抑制技术。该技术通过控制新型大功率电力电子电路整流、逆变、变频模式实现变压器励磁电压的调节与控制,使变压器铁心快速的建立稳态磁场。变压器在投运到系统时变压器绕组电压幅值、相位与母线电压完全一致,实现了同期合闸,不会因暂态过程所引起较大暂态磁通而激发励磁涌流。利用所提方法建立了励磁涌流抑制系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明,所提出的励磁涌流抑制方案及电压调制算法能够有效抑制合闸励磁涌流的产生,验证了所提方法的可行性。

Abstract:For transformer putting into operation in power system, the magnetizing inrush current has adverse effect both on the electric devices and the power quality. A new principle of transformer non - inrush system is proposed which is based on SPWM technology. To realize the adjustment and control of the excitation voltage by controlling the models of high power electronics rectifier circuit, inverter, frequency conversion. First, applying a controllable excitation voltage in the low-voltage winding of the transformer, so the transformer core can smoothly and quickly establish a steady magnetic field. When the transformer is put into operation in the system, the voltage of transformer has the same amplitude and phase with the bus voltage, so that the synchronous closing is realized. Using the proposed method, the simulation model of suppression of inrush current is established, and the simulation result shows that the system can effectively inhibit the switching inrush current generation, and the feasibility of this method is verified.
