摘    要:变电站地基下沉容易导致GIS内部导体结构发生变化,GIS设备导体的倾斜会引发设备故障。为了检测GIS设备导体的倾斜状态,针对某220 kV变电站出现的地基下沉问题,文中首先采用局部放电方法检测GIS设备内部结构是否存在故障问题,然后采用X射线数字成像技术对GIS设备导体进行X射线检测,利用GIS典型缺陷图像自动识别技术对得到的影像进行分类识别,从而确定了不同区域导体的倾斜状态,同时检测结果可以为变电站下一步的地基处理提供准确的理论依据。

Abstract:To detect the tilt state of GIS conductor due to foundation subsidence of a 220 kV substation,the local discharge method was firstly used to detect the internal structure of the GIS equipment,then X-ray digital radiography was adopted to perform X-ray detection of the conductor.The images were classified and identified by using the automatic recognition technology of typical GIS defect images to determine the tilt state of conductor in different regions.This study may provide a theoretical basis for the next foundation treatment of the substation.
