| 摘 要： | 水电站过渡过程与控制实验室是在96年由原电力部组织有关专家论证,确定为立项建设的部级重点实验室,2000年通过评估验收。它是一个在水电行业具有鲜明特色的实验室,主要从事过渡过程和水力机组及其自动控制诊断技术等领域的研究,具有先进的试验装置、测试手段、合理管理模式的开放型实验室,它服务于我国的大型水电工程,为其提供关键技术和培养高级人才,取得了较大的经济和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The laboratory of transients and control of hydropower station is a key laboratory at ministerial level whichwas decided to be built by the former Ministry of Electric Power in 1996, and passed the check and acceptance in 2000.It is a lab with vivid characteristics in the hydropower industry. The research fields mainly include the transient processin hydropower stations and the automatic control and diagnostic technologies of turbine generator units. With advancedlaboratorial equipment, testing tools and reasonable management, the open-type lab serves for the large hydroelectricprojects in China. It provides the key-technology and talented personnel for them. Now it has gained remarkable economicand social benefits. |
