| 摘 要： | 结合武汉电力调度通信局SCADA系统的建设状况，对电力SCADA实时系统与其他系统(主要是MIS系统)的安全互连策略进行了分析和探讨，强调了电力系统中的关键实时系统防范攻击的重要性并提出了具体的防范措施，并在武汉电力调度通信局得到了实际应用，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In light of the practical construction of Wuhan Power SCADA System,the article analyses and investigates the secure interconnection strategy about the power SCADA real-time system and other systems,which mainly consist of MIS system.Emphasizing the importance of attack watching for key real-time system in the power systems the guard measures are put forward in detail as well.The measure has been found practical use and good result in Wuhan Power Dispatching and Communication Bureau. |
