| Abstract: | The construction of integration of dispatching and controlling function in the world is discussed briefly in this paper.With the reference on the new changes,principles and methods for handing faults in electric network,the measures and advices to improve the handling speed of faults in electric network are presented from the point of view of the dispatcher or supervisor. |
