| Abstract: | The paper recalled the last two decades development of Hubei Power, described the future for the reforming and developing Hubei power industry, and suggested that at present the No. 1 instruction of SPC should be fully conducted, safety is first, prevention at the top, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of Hubei Power Grid. |
