| Abstract: | Reducing the cost of power supply enterprise, the merit of the electric energy information acquisition system function and the design scheme were expounded. The necessity, rationalization and feasibility of constructing intelligent power grid user service platform, were emphasized. It was prospected that its active function pushes the development of intelligent power grid. |
